The building commencement date begins once plans have been approved, land title has been issued, deposit is paid, finance has been approved, colours and joinery selections are signed off. Design phase timeframes can vary depending on changes and revisions requested by you. Multi Unit developments and custom homes are subject to differing timelines.
Pre-construction delays may eventuate outside the builders control where the land developer is delayed with titles, building approval and essential items are not provided to the builder.
