We offer consultancy service based on package and hourly rates to help you select a block of land, costing advise with your architect, buying apartments off the plans. No obligation to build with us select any other builder or buy any property with the peace of mind of some experienced advise and checklists before you buy. The small fee invested basically just covers our staff time. If you are happy with the advise you can choose to continue at that point.
