There is common misunderstanding that custom designed homes are expensive. This is not always the case. At Pavilion Homes, we have developed a process that allows us to deliver the design for a home that will suit your block and budget, at a reasonable and cost effective price.
Meet Us
After visiting our display home, arrange a time to meet with one of our building consultants to discuss your needs. This allows us to estimate the cost of building your home before a brief is passed to an architect to commence the sketching phase.
Sketch Plans
From the brief formulated during the initial meeting, one of our qualified and experienced architects will sketch up a design that you will have the opportunity to review and revise. We design the sketch to budget and check it with you before proceeding to the next stage.
Finance Approval
It is important that you seek finance approval prior to progressing to the next phase, and ensure issues can be addressed prior to the signing of contracts. This stage involves talking to your bank, and proving them with copies of your sketch plans and building contract.
Working Drawings
After working sketch plans have been revised, and you are happy with the design, the build quote drawings for council approvals are prepared.
Engineering Drawings
Consultants are engaged to complete structural, heating, services and foundation designs.
Approvals
The completed drawings are lodged to council/certifier for development and building approvals.
Building Commences
Once contracts have been prepared and signed, and land title is available, we will commence building your home.
