This page is intended to guide you through the process of purchasing a Pavilion Property. The flyers accessible via the links below will guide you through the purchase process, including payment schedules.
If you are considering engaging Pavilion to build on your own land, please download our Contract Build flyer (coming soon). A design service is available. Ask us to email you and application and requirments form.
If you are purchasing one of Pavilion's properties for sale, please download our:
- House and Land flyer; or
- Unit flyer (for townhouse/apartment purchases)
- Please note: A non refundable acceptance of offer fee is requested to secure most properties. As such please ensure you have finance pre-approved, have asked all your questions in writing and happy to have contracts issued. This allows us to turn away other buyers and cover costs of preparing plans/contracts/staff for your purchase.

Finance approval and specialist new property advise from several banks and brokers. Ask us for a process step-by-step guide to explain the stages of a loan application to you. We also can help with LAND RENT finance contacts.
All properties come with a 90-day warranty maintenance period, and a 10 year structural warranty for total peace of mind. Please see our warranty page for further information.
